These Terms of Service govern your use of the Azlan Transport Services website, booking system, and related rental services. By making a booking you agree to these terms.
Booking and confirmation
All bookings are reviewed by a dispatcher and confirmed by email, SMS, or WhatsApp. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Payment
A 30% advance is due to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is payable at vehicle pickup. Self-drive bookings also require a refundable security deposit which is returned within seven business days of vehicle return.
Pricing — region surcharges and driver allowance
Chauffeured rates are based on a per-day base price that assumes intra-city use. For routes that extend beyond the pickup city, the following surcharges apply to the base rate. Each surcharge appears as its own itemised line on the quote so the breakdown is transparent:
- Intra-city: base rate, no surcharge.
- Intercity (between cities within a province): +30%.
- Hill station (e.g. Murree, Naran, Hunza, Skardu): +60%.
- Cross-province: +50%.
Multi-day chauffeured trips that keep the driver away from base overnight add a driver overnight allowance of Rs 2,500 per night (calculated as days minus one). This covers the driver's food and lodging on the road. Single-day round trips and hourly disposal do not incur this allowance.
Self-drive bookings use flat daily rates regardless of region — you choose your route and you pay your own fuel.
The quote you see when you submit the booking request is the contract. The total we bill you matches the quote unless you ask us to change the trip type, route region, dates, or vehicle category — in which case we re-quote and send you the updated total in writing before charging.
Cancellations
- Cancelled 48+ hours before pickup: full refund of advance.
- Cancelled 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of advance.
- Cancelled within 24 hours of pickup, or after the pickup time has passed (including no-shows): advance is non-refundable.
Refunds are calculated against the 30% advance only. The remaining balance is payable at pickup and is never held by Azlan Transport, so there is nothing to refund on that portion. Eligible refunds are processed within seven business days to your original payment method.
Self-drive bookings: the refundable security deposit is returned separately, within seven business days of vehicle return, regardless of cancellation status.
No-show policy
If you fail to arrive at the agreed pickup location within thirty minutes of the scheduled pickup time without notice to dispatch, the booking is treated as a no-show. The advance is forfeited. Any security deposit collected in advance is returned within seven business days. We encourage you to call or WhatsApp dispatch as early as possible if you're running late so we can hold the vehicle and avoid forfeiting your advance.
Driver and vehicle conduct (self-drive)
You must hold a valid Pakistani driving licence and be 21 or older. You agree to operate the vehicle lawfully, return it in clean condition, and refuel to the fuel level shown at pickup. Damage, traffic fines, and toll charges incurred during your rental are your responsibility.
Liability
Azlan Transport Services does not provide any damage waiver, collision waiver, or insurance coverage for renters. The customer, client, or booking company is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle, its accessories, or third-party property that occurs from the moment the vehicle is handed over until it is returned to our custody — including but not limited to accidents, theft, vandalism, mechanical damage caused by misuse, and interior damage. Repair or replacement costs will be assessed at prevailing market rates and deducted from the security deposit; any balance above the deposit is payable on demand. The customer is also responsible for traffic fines, toll charges, and any legal liability arising from the use of the vehicle during the rental period.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.
