These Terms of Service govern your use of the Azlan Transport
Services website, booking system, and related rental services. By making a
booking you agree to these terms.
Booking and confirmation
All bookings are reviewed by a dispatcher and confirmed by email, SMS, or
WhatsApp. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing.
Payment
A 30% advance is due to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is payable
at vehicle pickup. Self-drive bookings also require a refundable security
deposit which is returned within seven business days of vehicle return.
Cancellations
- Cancelled 48+ hours before pickup: full refund of advance.
- Cancelled 24-48 hours before pickup: 50% refund of advance.
- Cancelled within 24 hours: advance is non-refundable.
Driver and vehicle conduct (self-drive)
You must hold a valid Pakistani driving licence and be 21 or older. You agree
to operate the vehicle lawfully, return it in clean condition, and refuel to the
fuel level shown at pickup. Damage, traffic fines, and toll charges incurred
during your rental are your responsibility.
Liability
We carry standard commercial insurance on chauffeured bookings. Self-drive
bookings carry a damage waiver up to PKR 50,000; damages above that threshold
are your responsibility.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved
in the courts of Karachi.
