("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information you provide
when using our booking, dispatch, and invoicing services.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, phone number, language preference.
- Booking data: pickup and dropoff locations, dates, vehicle category, notes.
- Verification documents (self-drive only): CNIC photo, driving licence photo, licence expiry date.
- Payment data: handled by our payment processor; we store only the transaction reference and amount.
- Technical data: IP address, device, browser version, language, and pages visited.
How we use it
- To confirm, dispatch, and bill your bookings.
- To verify your driving licence before self-drive handover.
- To send booking confirmations and reminders over SMS, WhatsApp, and email.
- To improve our service and maintain operational records.
Who we share with
Drivers and dispatchers assigned to your booking, our payment processor,
SMS/WhatsApp gateway, hosting provider, and error-tracking provider. We do not
sell your data.
Retention
Booking records are retained for seven years for tax compliance. Verification
documents are deleted within ninety days of your last booking unless required for
an open dispute.
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to opt out of marketing
messages. We will respond within thirty days.
Changes
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when this
policy changes.
