We charge a 30% advance to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at pickup. Self-drive bookings also include a refundable security deposit that is returned within seven business days of vehicle return.

Yes. Cancellations made 48+ hours before pickup are fully refunded. Cancellations within 24-48 hours are refunded at 50%. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable.

Both. Every vehicle class is offered chauffeured (our driver, included in the price) and self-drive (you drive). Pick the mode at the top of the fleet page or when you start a booking.

A valid Pakistani driving licence (held for 2+ years), a CNIC, and you must be 21 or older. Upload clear photos of both during the booking flow; we verify before handing over the keys.

Every vehicle card carries a Fuel included or Fuel excluded badge. Included means we cover fuel up to the published km cap. Excluded means you return the vehicle at the same fuel level you received it. Extra km are billed at the rate shown on the vehicle's detail page.
